A company in the healthcare sector based in Penang is seeking a sales and marketing support professional to manage office needs, coordinate activities, and generate reports. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field, 2-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to speak English and Malay is crucial, with Mandarin as an advantage. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth.
• Manage all office related needs (including cleaning contractor, pest control, stationeries, office tidiness, safety, and other general administrative matters).
• Require to support the adhoc trade, non-trade and sales related arrangement.
• Ensure proper maintenance of distributors and customers documentation to allow easy retrieval by the sales and marketing team including Company Profile, General Information, Communication Matrix, Letter of Authorization, Distributor Agreement, Quality Agreement, GDPMD Agreement, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Post Market Surveillance Record, Distribution Records and other related documents required by the sales and marketing department.
Minimum qualification is Diploma in Business Administrative, Marketing, Management or equivalent in the related field.
