Overview

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Port Kelang), Malaysia

As the Business Support you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure smooth operations across channels
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs
  • Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information by email; route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for development and closure
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities
  • Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery and billing statements
  • Work in a small, harmonized team and cover all aspects of the sales and operations process
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as required
Qualifications
  • At least STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/freight forwarding
  • Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with people of diverse cultures
  • Positive customer service skills with clear and effective communication
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge
