Job summary

A leading recruitment services provider is seeking a Business Process Analyst for their Finance Master Data team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with SAP MDG. Responsibilities include delivering finance master data requests and ensuring data accuracy. This is a 12-month contract position with a basic salary range of RM7,000 to RM10,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in general accounting or performance reporting.
• Able to work during quarter close if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finance master data requests accurately and timely.
• Ensure data meets standards for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze replication errors and perform reconciliations.

• Support finance master data migration to SAP.

Position : Business Process Analyst – Finance Master Data

Company Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Working Hours : Monday – Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Working Duration: 12 Months Contract (renewal subjected to business needs)

Remuneration : Basic Salary from RM7,000 – RM10,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or recognized professional Accounting qualification or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in general accounting, group and performance reporting or data administration.
• Preferably exposure in SAP MDG and maintenance of Finance master data.
• Good team player and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experienced in Mass Data loading activities for Finance master data objects
• Experienced in building and using LSMW or any other data loading tools
• Able to work shift during quarter close (if needed)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accurate and timely delivery of finance master data requests (e.g profit and cost centre, chart of accounts etc) in accordance with SLAs.
• Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and analyze replication errors and perform reconciliation.
• Work with SAP MDG S/4 Hana technical support team on incident and task tickets.
• Support finance master data migrating to SAP with the creation of master data, data mapping and resolving mapping issues, when required.
• Provision of business support at key periods (e.g month-end) to enable timely reporting.
• Support process improvements and other finance data structure related activities assigned by the leads.
• Update policy and procedures, when required.
