A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Business & Performance Manager to establish performance metrics and enhance service delivery at a new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma, a minimum of 5 years in performance management or analysis, and experience in SSC or BPO environments. The role includes developing KPIs, managing teams, and supporting operational projects.
We are representing one of our clients who is - setting up a Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur and looking for an experienced Business & Performance Manager to lead performance management, service delivery monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Base Salary + 13th Month Bonus + Performance Bonus
