【Job Resonsibility】
- Financial Reconciliation & Settlement Operations
- Execute manual reconciliation and settlement flows for business accounts receivable (AR) in compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.
- Manage end-to-end monthly closing activities: generate invoices, perform reconciliation with external partners, and ensure timely settlement.
- Analyze reconciliation data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide accurate answers to related queries.
- Handle monthly partner-specific reconciliation for Singapore (Add-on & MP products, 3 partners) and Malaysia (MP products, 4 partners).
- Marketplace Growth & Marketing Operations Support
- CRM Management: Execute manual push notification setups and conduct manual customer outreach for benefit expiry reminders.
- Marketing Content Deployment: Edit banner visuals and manage the setup/upload of marketing banners across key digital interfaces (e.g., homepage, Paylater, wallet), including slot coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Promotion Execution: Support campaign setup by creating Customer Data Platform (CDP) segments and configuring vouchers/promotions.
【Job Requirement】
- 2-4 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or a similar analytical/execution role.
- Proven experience in manual reconciliation, invoicing, and settlement processes, preferably within a fintech, financial services, or regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with for manual campaigns and marketing content management for online/eComm platforms.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination, managing multiple external partners, and adhering to monthly financial closing cycles.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage complex reconciliation data with high accuracy.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in executing standardized, repetitive operational tasks efficiently and reliably.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent skills to coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) and external partners.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (for data analysis and reconciliation); familiarity with CRM marketing, user growth targeting and analysis, and basic graphic editing tools is a plus.
- Adaptability & Proactivity: Ability to manage multiple work streamsand proactively follow up on dependencies (e.g., slot requests).
