Our client are an elder home care center dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors. As they prepare for our next stage of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including new service lines, branch openings, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and key operational KPIs to ensure financial health and accountability.
- Leverage infotech, modern technology, and AI to streamline processes, improve the client experience, and support sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and government agencies.
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports for internal decision-making and external stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the healthcare, elder care, hospitality, or service‑related industries.
- Experience working in a listed company is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in IT and digital systems, with the ability to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in presentation, proposal development, and report writing.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of first principles thinking, capable of long‑term planning and agile decision‑making.
- Adaptable, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to manage diverse teams and dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- A passion for elder care and contributing to community well‑being is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
