We are looking for a Business Finance Section Manager to manage and improve cost efficiency for our Business Unit. This role works closely with the Business Unit Manager to track costs, analyze profitability, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

This is an ideal role for candidates with strong finance or accounting experience who enjoy hands‑on analysis, working with stakeholders, and making a real impact on business performance.

Job Responsibility
  • Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to manage and improve cost efficiency.
  • Track cost‑saving initiatives and prepare accurate monthly reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly P&L forecasts for the assigned Business Unit.
  • Support ROI analysis for capital expenditure and RFQs, including post‑investment reviews.
  • Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Analyze profitability and business performance to support decision‑making.
  • Support the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and budget.
  • Participate in business planning and simulation activities to support financial strategy.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (semiconductor or manufacturing background preferred).
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
