• Build and maintain networking with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Find and source new projects, especially related to JKR, CIDB, and government/private sector.
• Identify tender and project opportunities suitable for the company.
• Explore new business and investment opportunities for the company.
• Promote and sell company properties across Melaka.
• Liaise with agents, developers, and potential buyers.
• Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Report potential deals and progress to management.
