• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and resolve issues.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality.
• Support HOD BD in costing activities.
• Complete tasks assigned by HOD related to sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Analyze sales performance data, including revenue, margins, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement, optimize sales processes, and drive efficiency and profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and fulfillment of obligations.
• Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, service quality, and overall satisfaction, and work with internal teams to address issues, resolve complaints, and continuously improve customer experience.
• Support HOD BD in simulation of costing activities to ensure optimized profit for the company.
• Any other task assigned by HOD which is related to sales, marketing and business development area of interest.
