The main responsibility is find and generate new leads. Build new client based

Target:Any (developers, design consultants, project management firms, investors and end users clients)
- Especially Western companies factories like Semiconductor, data center project etc.)

They aim to expand their business into new sectors by leveraging their strong presence and track record in Malaysia.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, investors, design consultants, and project management firms
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to evaluate business opportunities
  • Perform initial assessment of tender opportunities
  • Develop proposal strategies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Prepare proposals and presentation
  • Support pre-contract negotiations and coordinate project structures and commercial terms
  • Facilitate project handover and provide internal coordination support after contract award
MUST TO HAVE:
  • More than 5 years of working experience as a Sales or Sales Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Own car
  • Working hour: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
    ( Can consider flexible work arrangement with direct site visits )
