Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue potential land acquisition opportunities through strong networking with agents and landowners.
  • Maintain and continuously expand the land deals database and conduct in‑depth market research.
  • Review and conduct preliminary market and feasibility studies for new land proposals.
  • Perform initial checks on land status, including zoning, planning, and approval processes with relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive land proposals to management, including site analysis, market trends, development components, pricing, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Negotiate terms and manage documentation related to land acquisitions, including LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, JVAs, SSAs, and other legal agreements.
  • Oversee the drafting and finalisation of Bursa announcements and press releases pertaining to land transactions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly updates and reports for meetings.
Qualifications
  • Degree in real estate management / building / quantity surveying / marketing or any other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the property development industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
  • Has a positive approach in work and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Can communicate, coordinate and work inter‑departmentally.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills to communicate with land owners, real estate agents and government authorities.
