They are experts in prototyping and improving time to market, working across a variety of industry, focusing on small batch and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Job summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in spearheading the organizations business development activities and growth of the business. As part of the geographical expansion and to support the growth in the Asian market, the BDM will be reporting directly to the Director

  • Utilizes customer and market intelligence to develop sales as well as account penetration.
  • Create and drive personal pipeline in line with overall business unit strategy.
  • New client acquisition and driving growth with new name logos.
  • Knows the customers organization, products, market position, and goals.
  • To drive the execution of the account strategy to close business.
  • To manage client pipeline development, contract negotiation and approval process.
  • To establish and develop customer relationships for long term growth.
  • Research and knows customers business strategy and expansion activities.
  • Achievement of personal booking targets.
  • Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs.
  • To manage account planning, proactive proposals, and relationships development.
  • Negotiate deals and service accordance.

Job requirements:

  • At least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience within EMS sector.Ability to identify customers business strategy, future plans, and expansion activities.
  • Strong knowledge in EMS manufacturing processes, production timelines and procedures.
  • Experienced in sales and providing solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
