A leading electronic company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to research market trends and establish long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, fluent in Mandarin, and proficient in BM and English. This role involves creating strategies for revenue growth, preparing business proposals, and tracking development metrics to ensure targets are met. A background in professional audio and visual business is advantageous.
Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities that align with the company's goals.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
Create and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalise agreements with clients and partners.
Track and report on business development metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Tertiary education and proficiency in BM, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Minimum 3-5 years B2B sales & marketing experience in a corporate/enterprise environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationships.
Ability to analyse market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience & track record related to professional audio & visual business would be an added advantage.
