About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Malaysia market. This role will focus on building strong relationships with distributors and partners, driving sales growth, and identifying new opportunities.

You willdevelop and execute business development strategies to grow market share in Malaysia. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment on sales and marketing initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions, to achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.
  • Resolve client issues promptly while identifying opportunities to improve service and engagement.
  • Leverage client data to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure timely delivery on all client requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with key accounts and HQ.
  • Partner with local agencies to execute branding and promotional plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Track and evaluate trade marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with distributors to manage stock, ensure high fulfillment, and maintain supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee product registration and NPD processes with regulatory consultants to meet retailer requirements.
  • Deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to measure performance and support decision-making.
