KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Client Engagement

Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and provide customized solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and tender documentation in line with client and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all submissions comply with government, GLC, and institutional procurement SOPs.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs for proposals.

Track and manage tender timelines to ensure timely submission and high‑quality documentation.

Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that align with organizational goals.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Foster effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support project success.

Maintain post‑sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling or renewal opportunities.

Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance business visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or tender management.

Familiarity with e‑commerce, digital procurement systems, or technology solutions is an advantage.

Strong understanding of procurement SOPs and tender processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Proven ability to prepare professional proposals and documentation for tender participation.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
