Job Position: Business Development Manager
Salary Up To RM18000
Location: Senai
Job Descriptions:
  • To develop new customers and grow existing portfolio customers revenue to achieve department quality objective and personal KPI in accordance with marketing program by identifying customer needs and providing business solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed targets for new customers and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
On time Account Receivable Collections:
  • Provide on-time follow up service and support with finance department on weekly basis ensuring prompt repayment of customer account.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and facilitating outstanding customer relationships programs via visiting programs, timely respond for enquiries, dispute, troubleshooting and customer complaints.
Database Management:
  • All customers information and sales activities shall be planned, recorded and updated timely in ERP system and Customer Relationships Management on daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Education, Background & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Transportation/CILT/Mass Communication/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience in logistics, freight forwarding industry. Receive high acknowledgement and complement from customers on job commitments.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel extensively as necessary.
Communication Sales Skills & Other Attributes:
  • Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve sales results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Customer focus and solutions mindset. Naturally outspoken, positive thinking, and self-motivated personality.
  • Good value of integrity, hard work, humility and carrying high responsibility in work.
Professional Skills:
  • Able to practice duty and responsibilities in accordance with system and work processes. Be proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments with positive mindset. High attribute in urgency for meeting task deadline.
Tech-Savvy:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Logistics ERP system and CRM systems.
