  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the power generation / energy sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and principals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Lead project tendering, pricing strategy, and contract discussions
  • Work closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to close deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in business development or sales (power, energy, genset, EPC, or related industry preferred)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of project-based sales and long sales cycles
  • Able to work independently and drive deals end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel when required
