Business Development Executive – Workplace
Responsibilities
- Solution Proposal Support: Assist in preparing solution proposals, costings, and responses to tenders and RFPs in alignment with client needs.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and tailored to customer requirements.
- Vendor and Partner Engagement: Engage with vendors and partners to gather product details, updates, and competitive pricing for solution design.
- Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with prospective leads and maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to build long-term relationships.
- Feedback Monitoring and Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to support planning and improvement of EUC offerings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of proposals, customer interactions, and sales support activities.
Education and Experience
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a business development or pre‑sales role, preferably in IT or EUC services
- Exposure to client engagement, sales support, or vendor coordination
Knowledge
- Familiarity with EUC technologies and workplace solutions
- Basic understanding of IT solution pricing and service models
