Key Responsibilities
- Cover and manage accounts within the Klang Valley and Selangor region.
- Promote assigned medical/pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Plan weekly sales and business development activities, including customer visits and product presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Build strong customer relationships and expand the existing client base.
- Maintain updated and accurate sales reports; participate in periodic sales reviews and target discussions.
- Provide input to management for sales strategy formulation and demand forecasting.
- Report any adverse product reactions or complaints in compliance with company SOPs.
- Personally deliver products for smaller orders when required.
- Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Demonstrates initiative with minimal supervision; self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and ability to engage effectively in procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.
