Integrated Cold Chain Logistics – Perai, Penang

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients and industries development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Conduct sales pitches and presentations to introduce our logistics and transport services to prospective clients.
  • Actively engage with clients through calls, emails and meetings to understand their logistics requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and customer service to create customized proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Regularly attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the operations & customer service team to understand current service offerings, capacities, and areas for improvement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for new quotations, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the quotation process.
  • Analyze existing client accounts and propose strategies to expand business opportunities with them.
  • Coordinate with the external BD to promote cross-selling and upselling among existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas within the company's current client base and suggest expansion strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales from existing customers, service feedback from customers, market trends, and business growth within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including operations and customer service teams.
Job Requirements
