Responsibilities
  • Involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Corporate/B2B sectors.
  • Achieve sales revenue, volume, and shipper objectives through retention or acquisition activities.
  • Develop solid and trusting relationships with existing customers and target new business opportunities.
  • Fulfill activities assigned to the individual sales person.
  • Responsible for shipper acquisition and growth.
  • Assess leads for feasibility and convert them into opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing based on the assigned pricing framework.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or commercial role.
  • Experience handling clients in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Target-oriented, achiever, and creative.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and actual selling techniques.
  • Experience managing a team or as an individual contributor.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
