Your Responsibilities/您的职责:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's revenue growth in potential export markets such as Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
作为业务拓展执行员,您将在推动公司在马来西亚及东南亚等潜在出口市场的营收增长中扮演关键角色。
Key Responsibilities/主要职责:
- Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities in domestic and export markets
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners
- Understand and communicate technical specifications of industrial hardware products (especially drilling tools)
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify new directions for business expansion
- Use modern digital tools to showcase products and solutions through online and offline platforms
- Work with marketing and product teams to support international promotional activities
- Achieve sales targets and promote the company's regional growth strategy
- Participate in business visits, online exhibitions and international exchange activities

- 理解并传达工业五金产品(尤其是钻削工具)的技术规格

- 与市场营销及产品团队合作,支持国际宣传活动
- 完成销售目标,推动公司区域增长战略

Job Requirements/任职要求:
- At least two years of B2B sales or business development experience (industrial hardware or engineering background preferred)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Malay preferred) and able to communicate with local and overseas customers
- Good technical understanding or willingness to learn industrial tools and drilling technology
- Proficient in digital sales tools, social media, CRM systems and online presentation platforms
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to independently develop new markets
- Able to accept necessary domestic and international business trips
- 至少两年B2B销售或业务拓展经验(工业硬件或工程背景优先)
- 能够流利使用英语和中文(马来语优先),并能与本和海外客户沟通
- 具备良好的技术理解能力,或愿意学习工业工具和钻井技术
- 精通技术,尤其精通数字销售工具、社交媒体、CRM系统和在线展示平台
- 具备自主驱动能力,积极主动,能够独立开发新市场
- 能够接受必要的国内和国际出差
