Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive plays a key supporting role in generating and nurturing leads by identifyingpotential Customers, initiating contact, managing early-stage Client interactions and coordinatingwith internal Teams to support the Proposal process. Under the guidance and working closelywith Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive helps expand theCompanys market presence and ensures a smooth flow of communication between Prospects,Partners and internal Departments.
The Job Descriptions of Business Development Executive are as follows :
- Conduct initial discussions to understand basic Customer needs and introduce Companycapabilities.
- Attend Customer Site Visits and Gemba Sessions (with and without Business DevelopmentManager) to understand Operational Pain Points and recommend High-Level Solutiondirections.
- Gather and define Customers requirements. Collaborate with System Engineers to translateCustomers requirements into conceptual Designs and Proposals.
- Prepare and submit ITQs to Principals, Collaborative Partners, Manufacturers, SystemIntegrators, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Develop and present Technical Proposals and Commercial Offers.
- Prepare and review Quotations; ensure alignment with Customer expectations.
- Present Proposals, Quotations and Commercial Terms to Customers.
- Follow through Customer award process with Sales & Marketing Team, including AccountCreation, PO, Form of Acknowledgment, Sales Order, ESAF and IAF.
- Draft and issue Post-Project Handover email notifications upon receipt of Downpayment fromCustomers.
- Participate in Post-Project Handover meeting with After Sales Team.
Internal & External Coordination
- Supporting Business Development Manager's Inquiries if required.
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager on Procurement process.
- Monitor with After Sales Team on the progress of Invoice and Delivery Order issuance toCustomers.
- Engage Principals, Collaborative Partners, Manufacturers, System Integrators, Suppliersand Subcontractors early in the Inquiry Cycle.
- Participate in Project Handover communications.
- Coordinate with After Sales Team for any Inquiries from existing Customers.
Others
- Participate in Weekly / Bi-Weekly Sales Meetings.
- Maintain proper Documentation and tracking for Business Development related Documents and Approvals.
- Ensure compliances with Company's Standards and Legal requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time to enhance the Business performanceand Customers values.
