Business Development Executive – Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Environmental Trajectories (RESET) Division

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for Endeavour RESET by converting leads into active projects. This role bridges the gap between outreach and closure - taking potential clients identified by the Company team and securing partnerships and/or contracts. The candidate will manage the entire business development cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads, to preparing proposals, delivering pitches, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

This is a performance-driven role that requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. The successful candidate will report to the Head of RESET and work closely with the Executive (Research) and Junior BD Associate (Outreach) to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and successful deal conversions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Qualify leads from the outreach pipeline (email responses, call follow-ups, inbound interest).
  • Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ongoing negotiations.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch RESET’s services and solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentation materials tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and follow-ups to successfully close deals.
  • Track and report weekly outreach-to-conversion performance.
Strategic Business Development
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities in renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental consulting.
  • Develop partnerships with EPCs, government agencies, corporates, and NGOs relevant to RESET’s business areas.
  • Coordinate with the research and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers post-deal closure.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and marketing activities to position RESET as a trusted sustainability partner.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Company to ensure quality leads and targeted messaging.
  • Liaise with the operations team to integrate technical data or reports into proposals and presentations.
  • Support the Head of Endeavour RESET in developing business development strategies, client materials, and partnership proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or consulting).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Comfortable using AI or digital tools for research, proposal writing, and lead tracking.
  • Outspoken and confident in client interactions, capable of steering conversations with decision-makers.
  • Bullish attitude and persistence in pursuing leads and closing deals.
  • High tenacity — able to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently push toward targets.
