Instep Learning Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Penang Island, Penang. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions and proposals to address their challenges
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to expand our client base
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and identify new business prospects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s overall sales and business development strategy
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the education or training industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
