A fast-growing food and beverage platform is seeking an aggressive Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring paying merchant and rider subscribers. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and have experience in F&B B2B sales. This role offers a commission-based structure with high earning potential and the opportunity to make a direct impact in scaling the next leading F&B super app in Malaysia, working autonomously in their designated region.
Location: Sarawak (Kuching, Sibu+Sarikei, Bintulu, Miri), Sabah (Kota Kinabalu), Selangor (Petaling Jaya & vicinity)
Contract: 1-year, renewable
Employment Type: Commission-Based / Retainer + Commission
Belibeli Super App connects restaurants, food stalls, home-based sellers, riders, and customers across Malaysia. We are aggressively scaling our F&B merchant and rider base and need high-performing BDEs to drive growth fast.
Option A: 50% commission on subscribers you onboard – paid monthly, as long as they renew.
Option B: RM10,000 monthly retainer + 3% commission on all subscribers you onboard – paid monthly, with milestone adherence.
