Job summary

A dynamic company in Malaysia seeks a dedicated candidate to manage daily operations and client communications. The ideal individual will prepare proposals and presentations, maintain high-quality standards, and manage client relationships effectively. Candidates should have at least 3 years in business or sales, possess a relevant degree, and be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Own transportation is required for travel to client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Good written and spoken communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities, meeting schedules, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Job description

Managing and coordinate daily activities, meeting schedules and appointments or correspondence.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to clients.

Prepare tender project documentation

Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

Work closely with other teams to develop new business.

To ensure administrative reports and documentation are complete, accurate and up to date all times.

Maintaining effective ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 3 year of working experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field is required for this position.

Ability to learn and have the right working attitude.

Good written and spoken communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel for projects as needed to meet with clients.
