About the role

We are expanding our business by launching a new Restaurant‑focused HORECA division and are looking for motivated Business Development Executives to grow restaurant accounts across Klang Valley. This is a field role, covering an assigned area (cluster). You will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant customers, managing existing accounts, and driving repeat orders.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard individual and chain restaurants within assigned cluster
  • Conduct daily restaurant visits to build relationships with owners and managers
  • Generate new sales and grow repeat orders from existing customers
  • Promote and sell food products according to company pricing and guidelines
  • Upsell additional products to increase order value and frequency
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the area
  • Provide simple weekly sales updates and activity reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years sales experience (FMCG, food service, HORECA, or B2B sales preferred)
  • Experience dealing with restaurants is an added advantage
  • Comfortable with field sales and daily outdoor visits
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self‑driven, disciplined, and target‑oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Must possess own transport
