Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in factory and industrial projects.
- Promote and sell ELV systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling services to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
- Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility and branding.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in factory or industrial projects, with proven exposure to ELV, ICT, and structured cabling solutions.
- Strong network of contacts in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
