Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including solar EPCs, commercial & residential clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Conduct client consultations and present tailored solar PV solutions, addressing energy needs, technical queries, and financial considerations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and enhance lead generation effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and contracts in line with company standards and solar industry regulations.
  • Stay up to date with solar technology advancements, market trends, and government policies/incentives to refine sales strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at solar expos, industry forums, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and engage potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales KPIs, offering insights and strategic recommendations to optimize sales performance and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy sector, ideally in solar energy.
