Job description
The Problems We Need Solved

We’ve got warm interest from corporates, NGOs, and universities, but nobody is following through systematically → we need someone who makes sure no lead goes cold.

Our founder and senior team are pulled in 10 directions → we need someone who can own the outreach engine: 100 touchpoints/day, booked meetings, follow‑ups, proposals.

We’ve proven that CSR and NGO collabs (like Yayasan Chow Kit, Fugee) can generate revenue, but we’re not rinsing and repeating → we need someone who builds a repeatable pipeline.

Universities and government agencies are interested in partnerships, but these conversations fizzle → we need someone to keep momentum until deals close.

What You’ll Actually Do

Prospect and reach out daily to potential partners (corporates, NGOs, universities, SMEs) through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and Looms.

Book and attend qualified meetings, represent Sigma School, and keep conversations alive with systematic follow‑up.

Build and maintain a clean pipeline in CRM — every deal updated weekly, with a clear next step.

Prepare and send proposals/packages (e.g. CSR sponsorships, university collabs, SME train‑to‑hire).

Work closely with the Growth and Admissions teams to align BD deals with student funnels.

Report weekly on activity (touchpoints, meetings, opps) and results (opps piped, deals closed, revenue).

What Success Looks Like

Every outreach channel is active and consistent — no dead weeks.

We’re booking regular meetings with CSR heads, NGO directors, and university partners.

Partnerships move through the pipeline instead of stalling.

At least a few deals close every quarter, producing clear revenue.

Sigma School becomes known in the ecosystem as the go‑to partner for tech education impact programs.

Job Requirements

You’re relentless with outreach — 100 touchpoints a day doesn’t scare you.

You’re comfortable talking to people at all levels: SME founders, CSR managers, NGO directors, university administrators.

You’re process‑driven: you can manage a CRM, keep deals updated, and follow up until a “yes” or “no” is clear.

You enjoy building relationships but are also happy doing the grind of prospecting.

You’re motivated by targets — meetings booked, opps piped, deals closed.

Bonus if you’ve done sales, partnerships, or fundraising in education, NGOs, or tech before.

Who This Role Is Not For

People who just want to “build relationships” but avoid hard follow‑up and closing.

People who need hand‑holding on daily outreach volume.

People who are satisfied with “awareness” instead of actual signed deals and revenue.

People who don’t like using CRMs or reporting numbers weekly.

👉 Instead of sending us a generic CV, tell us about a deal or partnership you helped close — what the outreach looked like, how you kept the momentum, and what the outcome was.
