A leading tech solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your role will involve presenting and selling products to clients, conducting market research, and building long-term relationships. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires a willingness to travel and meet clients as necessary.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and customer segments.
Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients through regular follow‑up and excellent customer service.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking sessions to generate leads and build brand presence.
Provide feedback from clients and the market to support continuous product and service improvement.
One year experience in sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Ability to understand and adapt to different products, services, and customer needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
