A technology solutions company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and managing new sales opportunities for the ERP system, conducting presentations, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in Business, IT, or Marketing. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for the company’s ERP system.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultation sessions with potential clients.
Understand client business needs and propose suitable ERP modules and solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Follow up closely on leads, enquiries, and opportunities to ensure timely closure.
Provide continuous support and guidance to clients throughout the pre‑sales and post‑sales process.
Keep updated on ERP product features, updates, enhancements, and competitive advantages.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or software solution selling.
Experience in ERP, SaaS, IT solutions, or software sales is highly preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
