A leading engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking an individual to foster business development with new and existing customers. This role includes providing project management and technical support, ensuring budget compliance, and conducting training. The ideal candidate will also improve processes, prepare quotations for customer RFQs, and assist in negotiations with customers. Strong relationship management is essential for future business growth. This position will support production through engineering and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop new businesses with New Customers and Existing Customers.
Provide project management and technical support for internal and/or external projects.
Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
Ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
Perform necessary technical training to workers.
Provide engineering and technical support to production.
Review and evaluate the process and implement continuous improvement to existing product, equipment, or processes.
Prepare monthly reports on the latest development status, improvement activities and cost monitoring.
Study and prepare quotation for customer’s RFQ and improvement proposal to meet customer’s target.
Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.
Verify the mass production price as per current cost.
