Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd (草本时尚), a leading provider of premium herbal and nutrition products, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development professional to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the TCM & pharmaceutical industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of your efforts.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the herbal or fashion industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Fresh grad always welcome to apply.
  • Provide own transport (car) and willing to travel outstation frequently.
