Transaction Banking Fulfilment Service Executive – For Conventional and Islamic Banking customers

Coordinate onboarding of regional and local cash management solutions of all sizes and complexities.

Continuously reduce onboarding cycle time, minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time. Accurately report deal status, escalating effectively for “on hold” and slow-moving deals.

Disciplined application of structured management throughout the onboarding life cycle, ensuring effective control and timely delivery.

Ensure strict adherence to defined quality standards and practices outlined in “best practices” collateral. Consistently achieve “excellent” rating in scheduled quality reviews.

Co-ordinate with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations partners to ensure client satisfaction

Tracking and communicating internally the status of onboarding.

Provide service to client and to solicit client’s feedback on product/system requirements/issues during visits /dialogues (calls) to the respective internal stakeholder/Corporate Internet Banking customers.

Support transformation initiatives and ensuring provision of a high-quality service delivery through effective execution of daily support operations, people and resources.

Adherence of HLBB’s policies, services standard, performance measures, identifying and implementing operational risk controls, managing daily operations and capacity & capability planning.

To process and maintain the registration of customer CIB modules within the agreed SLA

To process and support Pin Gen Management (generate, mailing, stock control & filing)

Administer the CIB internal records and produce the daily, weekly and monthly report accurately and timely for departmental reference.

To assist in Adhoc tasks i.e Daily Billers Management, Remittance, Auto Sweep, and E-Dividend.

Effective maintenance and communication of MIS metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding HLBB, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
