Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion Test Management OR General Insurance

Role 1-Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion Test Management

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Own and manage end-to-end test planning for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).

Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.

Manage test cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.

Utilize Oracle Test Manager (OTM) or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) to manage and track test execution and defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Fusion Applications.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, or SCM).

Strong experience with Oracle Test Manager, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or other test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Zephyr).

Solid understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Role 2 Business Analyst - GENERAL INSURANCE

Malaysia

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for general insurance products and processes.

Understand and map the end-to-end policy lifecycle including quote, bind, issue, endorsements, claims, and renewals.

Work with underwriting, claims, finance, and IT teams to improve business operations and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the GENERAL INSURANCE industry.

Strong understanding of General insurance products (motor, property, liability, etc.) and the insurance value chain.

Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and SQL.
