We are seeking an Business Analyst to join our CRM Department and support our expansion.
Role Details
Position: Business Analyst (CRM)
Type: Permanent
Location: Accessible by MRT, Maluri
Working Days/Hrs: Normal, Friday WFH
Salary: RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus
Requirements
- Diploma or above; bilingual in English and Mandarin (verbal, written, read). Candidates should be able to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
- Minimum 1‑year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Operation (at least 6 months in the same company).
- Proactive, strong understanding, and capability to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Fresh graduates majoring in Data Analytics, Data Sciences, or Actuarial Science welcome; entry‑level position with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Insights
- Analyze customer and transaction data to uncover patterns, segment audiences, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support campaign planning, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies with data‑backed insights.
Market & Business Analysis
- Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform CRM and marketing performance.
- Evaluate metrics across local and international markets to identify areas for growth and process improvement.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations on performance and strategic initiatives for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Recommend solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and mitigate business risks.
