We are seeking an Business Analyst to join our CRM Department and support our expansion.

Role Details

Position: Business Analyst (CRM)
Type: Permanent
Location: Accessible by MRT, Maluri
Working Days/Hrs: Normal, Friday WFH
Salary: RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus

Requirements
  • Diploma or above; bilingual in English and Mandarin (verbal, written, read). Candidates should be able to serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Minimum 1‑year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Operation (at least 6 months in the same company).
  • Proactive, strong understanding, and capability to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates majoring in Data Analytics, Data Sciences, or Actuarial Science welcome; entry‑level position with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Insights
  • Analyze customer and transaction data to uncover patterns, segment audiences, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Support campaign planning, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies with data‑backed insights.
Market & Business Analysis
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform CRM and marketing performance.
  • Evaluate metrics across local and international markets to identify areas for growth and process improvement.
  • Prepare concise reports and presentations on performance and strategic initiatives for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Recommend solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and mitigate business risks.
