Business Analyst - (Junior, Mid & Senior position Available)

Job Description

Primary responsibility is to understand the product / solutions and prepare user requirement, functional specifications for new or modified program to determine feasibility, compatibility with current system architecture and computer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Works with business partner to elicit high‑level requirements and capture business needs.
• Create mock‑up screen / wire‑frame with prototype tools.
• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
• Creates, analyzes, and validates detailed functional specification or user requirements into a Functional Specification Document (FSD) & System Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
• Manages ongoing relationship with the business partners to drive satisfaction with project delivery.
• Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk‑through to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Obtains key inputs from relevant parties and identifies solution inter dependencies.
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.
• Provides UAT support to the stakeholders.
• Designs and maintains the application user guide.
• Understands and simplifies the application flow according to market usability and best practices.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Financial related application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts.
• Familiarity with general business functions.
• Willing to travel (Malaysia and Overseas).
• Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus as we are dealing with Chinavendor.
