Job description

Manage maintenance work for all Sovotel Boutique Hotel properties.

Work closely with property managers and the property team to ensure that rooms and the property are in acceptable condition.

Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and handyman tasks.

Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment.

Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.

Repair all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, and cosmetic items.

Carry out preventive maintenance work.

Conduct property visits to ensure that the property is in operational condition.

Perform any duties as instructed by a superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate with at least one year of experience in building maintenance.

Candidate with Hospitality background preferred.

Willing to travel between Sovotel Boutique Hotel properties.

Pleasant personality and a willingness to learn.

Able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well‑organized.

Responsible, reliable, independent, and has a sense of urgency.

Honest, efficient, and professional at all times.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Saturday (9am - 1pm)
