Responsibilities
  • Assume overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and supervision of all assigned buildings.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and security within the buildings under your purview.
  • Supervise resident staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to protocols.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written communication to effectively correspond with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement building management systems, including preventive maintenance programs, financial management, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and site walks to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and provide timely updates to clients on a daily, ad-hoc, and monthly basis.
  • Manage site staff effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Must have prior experience in managing concierge services within a residential or commercial building.
  • Experience in delivering hotel-standard hospitality to ensure excellent service quality and resident satisfaction.
