Job summary

A leading healthcare facility in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled professional for a technical maintenance position, requiring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Building Maintenance and a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and the hospital’s equipment. Strong project management and budget skills are essential, along with fluency in Malay and English. Flexibility for shifts and on-call duties are also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors and maintain repair records.
• Tender repairs and conduct quality control on contractor work.
• Work shifts and be on 24-hour call.

Job description

• Min of 10 years relevant working experience required
  
• Degree/ Diploma is Electrical/Building Maintenance or similar fields of study
  
• Sound knowledge of safety and health, OSHA
  
• Have a working knowledge of the Hospital's equipment and machines
  
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of electric lick to edit text rpentry, etc
  
• Ability to manage contractors, supplier and to maintain good record of repairs, to tender repairs and to QC on the work done by contractors
  
• Good budget and project management skills
  
• Must have good command of Malay and English Language
  
• Able to work shifts and must have valid driving license and can be on 24hours call
