Job summary

A growing baby-care brand is seeking a Branding & Marketing Event Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves planning and executing offline marketing activities like mall roadshows and community events. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, strong coordination skills, and be comfortable working outside normal hours. Bilingual candidates in English and Chinese are preferred. This position offers a chance to work on diverse marketing campaigns.

Pilloo Trading Sdn. Bhd. is a growing baby‑care brand. We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Event Executive to manage offline marketing campaigns. This role focuses on planing and cross‑team coordination to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as mall roadshows, brand activations, community events, and partner collaborations
  • Coordinate all event logistics including timeline, budget, vendors, materials, and on‑ground setup
  • Act as on‑site PIC during events and manage promoters and external partners
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across all offline touchpoints
  • Manage sample distribution and promotional mechanics during events
  • Collect basic event data and customer feedback for post‑event review
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, activation, or on‑ground promotion
  • Strong execution and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working on weekends or outside normal hours when required
  • Good communication skills in English & Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in FMCG, baby care, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Experience in mall activation or roadshow events
  • Able to manage multiple vendors and timelines independently
