Managing a designated portfolio of products and execution of periodic on-going projects and tasks.

Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans and short-term tactics.

Prepare and execute market research plans (qualitative and quantitative) by adhering to the timeline provided.

Conduct post-mortem on each project and strategise plans on a timely manner.

Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building of market share and brand awareness.

Formulate effective ideas and innovative sparks towards advertising and PR aspect to bring out the best in the brand.

Capable of multi-tasking and on-the-move.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree preferably in Marketing, Market Research or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years in FMCG industry or equivalent.
  • Must have good foundations and understanding in branding and product management.
  • Dynamic with good analytical skills and acute capability in achieving task.
  • Capable in working under high-pressure situations and under time constraints.
  • Able to travel and work independently.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Words, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia are required.
  • Knowledge in sales and trade marketing would be an advantage.
