Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and creative thinker who can manage campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and offline channels.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are consistent.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure brand alignment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support brand initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all brand communications adhere to company guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
