Role Overview:

The Brand Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of our core brands. This role involves crafting and executing brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be independent but a strong team player, focusing on attitude over skills and using common sense to navigate challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish our brands as leaders in their respective markets.
  • Manage brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with BigBigPlace’s overall vision and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and event teams to create cohesive brand experiences online and offline.
  • Lead content creation efforts for social media, ensuring engaging and consistent storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
  • Organize and oversee on-ground event activations, enhancing brand engagement and visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform and adjust brand strategies.
  • Analyze brand performance through key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including talent management and media partners, to maximize brand impact.
