A leading FMCG company in Selangor is looking for a Marketing Executive to support brand development and marketing execution. The role involves coordinating product registrations, analyzing consumer data, and assisting in brand operations to meet yearly targets. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of budgeting basics. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.
Support the delivery of yearly brand targets including market share, sales, and profitability.
Assist in day-to-day brand operations covering production coordination, NPI follow-up, research support, regulatory matters, inventory checks, and communication alignment.
Coordinate product registration, labelling, and packaging development with internal teams.
Liaise with external agencies to support brand plan development, digital content execution, media planning, and campaign rollouts.
Work with BTL agencies on trade POP material development and campaign ideation.
Support Trade Marketing team in implementing brand campaigns and in-store activations.
Compile and analyze consumer, sales, and market data (3C analysis) to support brand insights and recommendations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance updates.
Assist Category Manager in preparing key documents such as the Annual Business Plan, A&P Plan, Activity Calendar, and Budget inputs.
Track marketing expenses and maintain accurate documentation and claims.
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Category roles, preferably within FMCG.
Experience in customer development or retail environments is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; able to interpret sales and market data (Nielsen/IRI/Retail Link is a plus).
Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of budgeting basics and ROI considerations.
