Lead and improve the branch’s sales performance, cost control, and administrative efficiency to achieve branch targets.
Manage daily branch operations and work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Handle customer orders, including maintaining order portals, managing online sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing, and ensuring all payments are up to date.
Monitor and manage branch stock levels to ensure they follow company SOPs.
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
Participate in company events and use social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Live) to promote products, working with the marketing team to create and run campaigns.
Provide feedback on marketing materials, advertising, and digital strategies to help grow brand awareness.
Perform general administrative, coordination, and support tasks as assigned by your superior.
