Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and visual merchandising.
  • Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch performance.
  • Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain showroom standards to reflect the brand’s premium image.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
