Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Business Manager located in Taiping. The Branch Business Manager will be responsible for driving branch performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. This position involves managing branch operations, leading and guiding the branch team, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Islamic banking regulations.
